the only problems i see and i hope they arent set in stone is 1 no electric or air shifters allowed in no-e since this is allowed at tulsa, nobel, ,mokan, precott, and several other tracks for 2 reasons 1 being that there are several fast street cars now that can run fast enough and consistent enough to compete in this class and they are computer shifted from first to second with or without u shifting this being electronic and the second reason they allow them is the overal safety of the drivers so that they can keep both hands on the wheel and NOT be at a disadvantage to the street cars running the NO-E class ,and that track has always allowed them before so several people have puchased them for all these reasons !! thanks for considereing theese issues. the other thing I see is the payout for the index racing it may be hard to get people to show up for it for 50 dollars maybe do a small entry fee if need be to get more money in the pot and why not allowing throttle stops ( I dont run one) I have never been to a track that doesnt allow the use of a thottle stop in an index class im affraid this will hurt attendence as well just my thoughts thanks for ur time..

The shifter issue is not set in stone, I will do more reserch.
No throttle stops in Index class is set in stone because Im not looking to build a "super gas" type class.
Payout is not set in stone on index, but I added a few things up. Big tire and small tire purse is $1600 total. I will probably have 3 index classes or so. If I leave it at $75 x 3 = $225 so we have $1825 that has to be covered @ $5 per person. That is 365 people just to cover payout, when is the last time you saw that many people at sallisaw? Its been a while! People show up for C'villes index for no payout and they pay to enter.
CD, thanks I didnt catch that. Its on the left coming from my house! LOL
Aslo, I forgot to mention if you run 5.30 or faster TNT is free. Just show me the timeslip and you get your $15 back.

Ok, from input I have got so far, there will be no cut off time in the bracket classes since car count has been low, so any et in either class.
Also so far more are still against electric shifters so jimmy if a lot of people bought these and want to race no e, they need to let me know.

The only time c'ville pays out indexes is on the year end shootout and special index shootouts. Regular saturday nights racers pay to enter (I think its only $15 or so) and they win a trophy for 1st and 2nd. Unless that has changed since last year, but it still says trophys on thier website.
I have some guys trying to get some sponsors for the indexes, 100% of what they get will go toward payout. If you know anyone who wants to sponsor them for the year I will put 100% of what they give toward the index you want it to go to.
The shifter deal is still not a done deal. I have only been able to talk to a small group of people. I still believe in majority rules and we have a couple months to get more opinions. Im easy to work with, and I show no favortism. I will go with the majority.
Yes, I plan on teching cars, maybe even at the end of the track before they put the delay box back in their pocket. LOL
I may race heads up, but im not ignorant on bracket racing, I worked with one of the top stock/super stock engine builders for over 10 years!

Going to have let us know when the big tire cars are running. Its on the schedule, Im going to have to redo it I guess. You have to scroll through the months to see what is coming up. I think I will list it out below the calendar to make it easier. Anyway, the first weekend of every month will be heads up, with Big tire and small tire along with the index classes and brackets. Its free entry just like last time. If you guys need anything to come down, let me know and we will see what I can do. Thanks!

I moved to small tire when I lost my sponsor lol. I have really enjoyed it though. I hope to build the class up. Last year I think we had at the most 5 cars in the class, and that was only one weekend. What do you guys lack to finish it up?
